A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I was licensed in 1988, after completing a Bachelor’s Degree at York University.  I honestly cannot believe how fast the years have gone by and how long I have been in this amazing industry.  Loving it every single day. Throughout all these years, I have continued with self improvement, continuing education and on-going training and eventually Belvista Realty Inc was formed in 2014.  My Brokerage is based on the same values and professionalism that I have always prided myself on.

I realize that my clients are entrusting me with one of the most valuable possessions they will own in a lifetime. With honesty and integrity, I implement my knowledge & resourcefulness to provide dependable caring results.  I have helped many clients throughout my career, whether it be the First Time Buyer, a Senior in Transition, or the Savvy Investor,  I am sensitive to my client’s needs and committed to their satisfaction.  I try to see my client’s real estate wants and needs through their eyes & I use my unique expertise & work to the best of my ability to provide efficient & effective real estate services.  

I am also affiliated with a network of exceptional specialists that focus on the needs and unique challenges that the aging adult faces and helping them and their families with the transition process.  Moving Seniors can be a very emotional and an incredibly stressful event.  This is near and dear to my heart, so I wanted to take my service to the next level by helping those Seniors and their families come to the best decision possible. My goal is to make the transition more seamless and stress free.   Having the unique training & an Affiliation with LIFESTYLE 55+ AFFILATE SERVICE PROVIDER & SENIOR CARE ACCESS, gives me the tools and the confidence that I will be able to do just that!
